Engineering teams

Two ways to work with our engineers

Alongside kitehire, we work with companies building their own products. Extend your team with engineers you choose, or hand us a defined project and hold us accountable for delivering it.

Staff augmentation

Experienced engineers, inside your team

We source experienced software engineers and place them with your team, remotely or on-site. They adapt quickly to your workflow, integrate with the people you already have, and contribute from the start.

Dedicated engineers
Full-time on your team, for as long as you need them.
Remote or on-site
Working in your tools, your rituals and your time zone overlap.
Flexible scale
Add people for a launch, and scale down once it ships.
Software delivery

Defined projects, delivered end to end

From feature development and product enhancements to complete applications, we take ownership of the build and keep you informed at every step.

Features and enhancements
New capabilities for products already in use.
End-to-end applications
From architecture to release and handover.
Accountable delivery
Agreed milestones, regular demos and honest reporting.

Approach

How an engagement begins

Most teams go from a first conversation to an engineer contributing within a few weeks.

  1. Step 1

    Understand your goals

We learn your product, your stack and how your team works before proposing anyone.

  2. Step 2

    Meet a shortlist

You interview engineers matched to your stack, and you decide who joins.

  3. Step 3

    Start delivering

Engineers join your stand-ups, repository and sprint, and contribute from week one.

  4. Step 4

    Grow with your roadmap

The engagement scales up or down as your plans change.
